DSG materials are exceptionally durable and require minimal upkeep.

Due to a unique formulation in our paint grade products that forms a genuine chemical bond with acrylic-based paints, DSG materials can extend the lifespan significantly compared to standard painted wood trim applications.

DSG paint grade materials should be cleaned similarly to any painted surface, typically using a cloth or soft brush along with biodegradable soap.

PRECAUTIONS  

1. Do not clean DSG materials with a pressure washer.  

2. Avoid any contact between DSG products and stains, grease, oils, and solvents of any type.

 
3. DSG profiles are non-structural. Do not attach items to our products, which includes securing hardware or other materials by screwing into or bolting onto the shapes.  

4. Ensure to maintain all weather-resistant sealant joints along the top horizontal edge of exterior profiles.

 

5. To allow for proper drainage of water and moisture,  NEVER seal the bottom edge of any DSG profile.
